For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, the package will be handed over only after payment is received.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Nitchh products are crafted with care and attention to detail. Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
- Alteration: If you are not satisfied with the fit, you may request one free alteration within 7 days of receiving your product.
- Exchange: You may exchange your product for another item of equal or lesser value within 7 days. For higher-priced items, the difference must be paid in advance.
- Credit Note: You may opt for a credit note valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Refund: No Refunds, only Exchange within 7 days of receiving your product.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Once a product is shipped, Nitchh shall not be liable for any loss or damage during transit. The responsibility transfers to the user upon handover to the courier.
Typical delivery timelines are 10–14 working days, depending on customization and location.
If you receive a damaged or tampered parcel, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately with photos for assistance.
